Didn't Win
Here we find a guy completing the race. It seems he did not win but his posture and flowing mane reveal the determination in this guy and his true priority. He struggles to improve his personal record, for that is the true measure of Guy. His grimace is not in defeat; it is an expression of relief knowing he has passed another trial; it is disappointment because he knows more could've been done; it is knowledge of the struggle which comes next. Inch towards refinement. Sculpting each minutiae will allow you to present your best, to strive for greatness.
A final thought: Be not consumed by others but aware.
If his grimace is not in defeat- it is disappointmemt because he knows more could have been done...isn't that the same thing as saying he's been defeated? I don't know that's just how I'm looking at it and it makes no sense to me but..oh and I didn't know that the true measure of guy was to improve every time they did something but it makes sense, its kinda human nature the need to not only succeed buy make sure people know we are succeeding or else its not worth it maybe even considered failure look at serial killers some of them have to know that someone knows they killed someone or its not a successful murder they must quickly do another...OK sorry I'm rambling but anyway I don't even know if this makes sence but whatever :p
